About the role

  • As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play an essential role on our recruiting team.
  • You should be a self-motivated team player with a strong sense of ownership and insatiable curiosity.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain Ashby, our ATS: Keep candidate records, stages, and pipeline data clean and accurate.
  • Build out new job postings in Ashby, working with the recruiting team to ensure role details, requirements, and configurations are set up correctly.
  • Partner with the Recruiting Ops Specialist to build and maintain Ashby dashboards and reports, helping the team track hiring metrics.
  • Support interview scheduling and logistics, helping ensure candidates and interviewers have everything they need.
  • Specifically, you will own interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruiting logistics.
  • This role is ideal for someone with attention to detail, sense of urgency, and a positive attitude which will enable you to create an exceptional experience for our candidates and hiring teams.

Requirements

  • Strong AI skills and experience with AI scheduling tools.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, or a related field, or demonstrated transferable skills through prior work experience, projects, or leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace: Comfortable working in Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, and Docs on a daily basis.
  • Must be able to work independently while coordinating complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
