Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ability to rapidly assimilate the assigned portfolio's scope, objectives, and priorities to deliver real-time oversight, provide comprehensive briefings, conduct in-depth analysis, and present informed recommendations to leadership.

- Dexis is recruiting a Budget Analyst to support anticipated programming with the Department of War (DoW).
- This opportunity will provide program support, policy support, and technical assistance services to support Counterdrug (CD)/Counter-Transnational Organized Crime (CTOC)/Counter-Threat Finance (CTF) mission needs of the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), The Joint Staff, Combatant Commands (CCMDs), Military Departments, and Defense Agencies.
- Proven ability to navigate and optimize ERP financial platforms, and analytical systems to ensure data integrity, compliance with federal regulations, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Skilled in leveraging manpower data analytics to support strategic decision-making, personnel planning, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- P ossess a master's degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field of study.
- Extensive expertise in DoW financial Enterprise Resource Systems (ERP) and manpower databases, with a deep understanding of budgeting cycles, cost estimation methodologies, and resource allocation frameworks.
- Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
- Possess ten (10) years' experience providing services to senior general/flag officer ranks and/or SES levels within the DoW, other government agencies, or industry corporate equivalents, and will be expected to perform at the level of a mid-range GS-15 equivalent.
- Possess expert-level knowledge in the application of resource management principles associated with the DoW PPBE process and the Federal budget process. This includes an understanding of, and experience with, congressional authorizations and appropriations, DoW funding authorities, and Office of Management and Budget and Department of the Treasury policies, directives, and regulations.
- Proven ability to navigate and optimize ERP financial platforms, and analytical systems to ensure data integrity, compliance with federal regulations, and alignment with organizational objectives. Skilled in leveraging manpower data analytics to support strategic decision-making, personnel planning, and operational efficiency.
- Shall possess exceptional oral and written communication skills, and the ability to translate highly technical information into plain language for effective communication with Do W and other USG staff in the performance of all duties, tasks and services.

- Support the USG resource decision making process by analyzing immediate and long-term CD/CTOC/CTF program requirements for OSD, Joint Staff, CCMD s, Military Departments, and Defense Agencies in accordance with annual program and budget guidance.
