What You Will Bring: Dedication to working our hybrid model with 3+days per week onsite at our Austin, TX office.

Manage financial budgeting and forecasting as well as close and ad-hoc analysis.
Serve as a valuable business partner & challenger interacting and providing financial planning and decision support to business stakeholders.
Develop, deliver, and maintain insightful reporting for senior leadership to enable efficient financial management of their area of the business.
Standardize and drive consistency in financial planning processes and strive for continuous improvement, identify, and execute on opportunities to reduce non-value-added work.
Partner with eBay's accounting team for quarter-end close reporting, driving internal processes to maintain and improve predictability of financial results.
Assist in project-based initiatives to drive operating efficiencies across functions.

Experienced finance professional with 4+ years FP&A expertise, and progressively growing responsibilities.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven intellectual and analytical rigor.
Excellent decision-making skills, ability to identify, prioritize and articulate the highest impact initiatives.

$100,000 - $130,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
