This high-impact role is at the core of eBay's M&A activity.
Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, driving decisions and course corrections as needed.

Lead People Integration Strategy Define and guide People integration plans aligned to deal objectives and value drivers.
Partner with the People M&A Lead to interpret diligence findings and deal rationale into actionable integration strategies.
Own delivery against key People outcomes, including retention, organizational effectiveness, and workforce integration.
Drive Cross-Functional Execution Lead cross-functional integration efforts without direct authority.
Align partners across People, Finance, Legal, IT, IMO, and Business Units.
Lead multiple concurrent integrations across a variety of deal types and complexity levels.
Deliver a Seamless Employee Experience Lead employee transition activities, including onboarding, communications, training, and Day 1 readiness.
Develop and implement culture integration strategies.
Partner with acquired leadership teams and executives to support leadership assimilation and long-term success within eBay.

Leadership & Influence: Proven success leading large cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
Experience managing competing priorities, navigating ambiguity, and making thoughtful trade-off decisions.

$130,000 to $170,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
