FISPAN Services Inc. (FISPAN) is an Enterprise SaaS FinTech company that allows banks to deploy embedded financial products and services to create a seamless banking connection for their corporate clients. Our product aims to provide instant scale and reach for banks who want to remove friction and add value by enabling their commercial banking clients to
access banking services through their preferred ERP / accounting platform.

Being the market leader in ERP Banking, we work with the world's Tier 1 banks with assets exceeding $3T, including J.P. Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, TD and Bank of Montreal.
Because of this, our team operates at the intersection of product engineering and high-stakes client delivery.
We need a leader who has an engineering background, solid project management skills, and thrives under the healthy pressure of client-facing timelines and revenue-linked milestones.
As a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for the execution and delivery of key projects, ensuring your team produces high-quality, scalable, and robust software solutions.

A relevant Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of total industry experience.
Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects and owning product or platform features.
Experience with Java, Spring Framework, and microservices architecture.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka.
Previous experience in FinTech, payments, or with accounting/ERP systems is a strong asset.
