Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development strategies.
Create and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
Negotiate and close partnership deals with potential clients and partners.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
Develop and manage a pipeline of business development opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership agreements.

2-4 years of experience in business development, preferably in the financial services or cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
Lead generation expertise including proficiency using CRM tools, Linkedin SalesNavigator, and other platforms.
Proven track record of driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships.
Experience with market research and analysis.
Ability to travel as needed for business development activities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains.
General passion and knowledge of fintech and cryptocurrency.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the cryptocurrency industry.
