Responsibilities

  • The Project Manager will help support unit renovation programs, owner-supplied materials, and project controls, while supporting GC partners to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to company standards.
  • Manage day-to-day execution of unit renovation programs across assigned Oversee owner-supplied materials (tracking, delivery coordination, and installation sequencing) Support GC partners by coordinating scopes, schedules, and field logistics Ensure work aligns with approved scopes, specifications, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain schedules and sequencing Track vendor performance against approved scopes, timelines, and budgets Support bid reviews, scope clarifications, and contractor communications
  • Assist with scope development, quantity takeoffs, and cost reviews Request bids from vendors and contractors, review and compare pricing, and create basic cost estimates Track project budgets, change orders, and approvals in coordination with the
  • Support the broader CAPEX team across multiple and states Coordinate with property management teams to align renovation schedules and unit readiness

Requirements

  • Ideal candidates bring prior project management experience and knowledge of construction or real estate environments.

Nice to have

  • This role is owner-side and hands-on, with regular travel throughout our Midwest portfolio and direct coordination with general contractors, vendors, and property management teams.
  • Travel: Frequent travel (2-3 days a week) throughout our Midwest portfolio.
