Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle recruiting across the organization - from intake meetings, sourcing, and interviewing to debriefs and offer negotiation
- Collaborate with the teams to define hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies for our Tech and Product teams
- Proactively spot and engage top talent through creative sourcing techniques, cultivate strong connections with candidates, and ensure a positive hiring experience through clear communication and support
- Work closely with stakeholders to make data-driven hiring decisions and support smooth onboarding and integration of new hires
Requirements
- Fintech/Payments experience and knowledge of the local SF market is greatly appreciated!
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to define structure and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Deep knowledge of recruitment sourcing strategies and ability to nurture a passive candidate talent pool
Compensation
- The annual base salary range for this role is $145,000 - $195,000; to learn more about our compensation philosophy, please click here.
