About the role
- At Agropur, accountability means owning challenges and taking concrete action to achieve results.
- The Packager will work in all areas of the packaging as needed assisting each role of department.
Responsibilities
- Maintain brine fat removal system during production.
- Maintain operation of the spiral freezer during production.
- Communicate problems and potential problems to Lead and or supervisor.
- Maintain proper documentation for production.
- Manually build totes as needed.
Nice to have
- Minimum one (1) year of manufacturing packaging experience preferred.

- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with supervisor and colleagues.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, adapt to a changing environment quickly, and think independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, establish priorities, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to solve problems by adapting knowledge and experience.
- Results driven, bottom-line oriented, strive to exceed goals, and motivate self and others to achieve positive outcomes.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
- Basic computer operational skills; able to input and retrieve computerized information.
