About the role
- Your focus is to translate advanced AI capabilities into clear, actionable outcomes, helping stakeholders understand what is possible, why it matters, and how to move forward with confidence.
- Working closely with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams, you will ensure solutions are both compelling and operationally viable in secure environments.
- This role requires structured thinking and strong executive communication.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver targeted demonstrations, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts that clearly illustrate the value of Seekr's platform and government-specific solutions
- Develop concise, decision-oriented artifacts - including solution architectures, diagrams, and briefing materials - that accelerate customer understanding and alignment
- Own technical solution strategy for deals, including architecture definition and approach
- Build and sustain trusted customer relationships by demonstrating domain awareness, technical credibility, and a consistent focus on mission outcomes
- Lead end-to-end customer engagements across multiple concurrent opportunities, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment to enterprise mission needs
- Initiate and lead cross-functional discussions with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned to customer requirements
Requirements
- 6+ years' experience in a customer-facing Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sale's role within U.S. Government environments
Skills
- Active US Security Clearance (TS / SCI eligibility strongly preferred)
- Strong communication and presence, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to both technical and senior stakeholders
- Experience designing and delivering demos and proof-of-concepts that demonstrate real-world impact
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to operate effectively across Sales, Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and terms and experience architecting solutions for cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI)
- Experience supporting proposals/RFPs
- Self-starter with high accountability, a collaborative mindset, and a bias for action
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
