Responsibilities
- Support Revit modeling and model maintenance efforts across mission critical projects
- Partner closely with MEP engineering teams to support coordination and project execution
- Support coordination workflows and assist with basic clash detection/resolution efforts
- Help maintain BIM standards, templates, and internal workflows
- Support construction documentation and coordination workflows throughout project phases
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve coordination/model issues and support project deadlines

- This role is ideal for someone early in their BIM career who has a strong foundation in Revit and wants to continue developing within a design-focused BIM environment.
- You'll work closely with engineering teams to support coordinated, organized, and healthy model environments across multiple disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in BIM, CAD, or related modeling/coordinator roles
- Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit in a professional environment
- Experience working within collaborative model environments with linked models
- Familiarity with BIM standards, model organization, and coordination processes
- Exposure to MEP modeling and multidisciplinary coordination workflows
- Familiarity with construction drawings and design documentation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within team environments
Nice to have
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Exposure to Navisworks or clash detection workflows
- Experience working on large-scale or mission critical projects (data centers a plus)
- Exposure to BIM standards development, templates, or family management
- Revit certification or formal Autodesk training preferred

Compensation
- $65,000 - $90,000 ( Actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skills and/or location )
- All full-time employees are additionally eligible for employer-sponsored life and long-term disability insurance as well as participation in our 401(k) plan, with annual safe harbor contribution.
