About the role

  • THE VALUE YOU'LL BRING: This dynamic dual-role position is at the heart of ensuring seamless operations by overseeing and driving the entire maintenance work control process.
  • By assigning work control plans to supervisors, you will ensure the efficient execution of maintenance tasks by our skilled hourly staff.

Responsibilities

  • Process Safety Management (PSM) & Compliance: Organize and maintain information for the 14 PSM elements.
  • Develop and manage a process safety information library in line with OSHA 1910.119.
  • Manage the Management of Change (MOC) Program, track submittals, and develop operating procedures.
  • Perform hazard assessments, assist with Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR), and audit the PSM program.
  • Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions.
  • You'll also develop and maintain maintenance procedures, prioritize work orders, and ensure materials/tools are available.
  • Manage MRO inventory, including stocking, parts disbursements, returns, and audits.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Engineering or a related field

Skills

  • Experience in the supervision of day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance, strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project management software experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the CMMS system, preferred.
  • Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be loud when in the production area.
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.

Compensation

  • Reporting & Documentation: You will assist with annual program goals, provide reports, and ensure documentation is available for audits. Maintain compliance documentation for PSM and other regulatory requirements.
