The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to help identify legal risks early and enable responsible, efficient product development.
Collaborate cross‑functionally within Legal & Public Policy and with partners across Product, Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, and other teams.
Help document legal guidance, contribute to playbooks, and support scalable and efficient legal processes.
Build strong working relationships with colleagues inside and outside of Legal and contribute positively to team culture.
Documents in alternate formats or read aloud to you

Experience working at a technology company or advising technology clients.
Experience working on commercial deals or technology transactions.
Familiarity with AI, privacy, and/or consumer protection laws and regulatory frameworks.
Familiarity with payments systems, laws, and regulations, including laws related to subscriptions.
CIPP certification (Privacy and/or AI) a plus.
Strong communication skills, sound legal and business judgment, and a collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset.
