Manage headcount reporting/tracking with Comp and FPA teams on monthly headcount reporting, including managing open roles and other key processes
Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and shared trackers
Support key year-end processes, including compensation, promotions, talent reviews and performance management
Support ad hoc Human Capital projects as needed

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Track immigration cases, timelines, and required documentation
Clear intellectual curiosity with the drive and potential to succeed in a fast-paced work environment, having shown comfort with the ambiguity of an evolving, dynamic firm
Strong execution and project management skills - highly organized, very detail oriented, proactive problem-solver, solutions-oriented, and a knack for anticipating obstacles and addressing issues early
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

5 years of Human Resources experience preferred, ideally in a professional services, financial services, or technology-driven organization
Proficiency with HRIS (Workday) preferred

$100,000 - $130,000 USD
