Responsibilities

  • Manage headcount reporting/tracking with Comp and FPA teams on monthly headcount reporting, including managing open roles and other key processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and shared trackers
  • Support key year-end processes, including compensation, promotions, talent reviews and performance management
  • Support ad hoc Human Capital projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Track immigration cases, timelines, and required documentation
  • Clear intellectual curiosity with the drive and potential to succeed in a fast-paced work environment, having shown comfort with the ambiguity of an evolving, dynamic firm
  • Strong execution and project management skills - highly organized, very detail oriented, proactive problem-solver, solutions-oriented, and a knack for anticipating obstacles and addressing issues early
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Nice to have

  • 5 years of Human Resources experience preferred, ideally in a professional services, financial services, or technology-driven organization
  • Proficiency with HRIS (Workday) preferred

Compensation

  • $100,000 - $130,000 USD
