Develop temporary containment measures for major quality accidents and supervise their implementation.
Resident or regularly visit customer sites to provide quality support, handle anomalies, coordinate rework/replacement.
Maintain good communication with customer engineering/quality departments to improve customer satisfaction.

3+ years' experience on customer quality management, with experience in the automotive, power battery, or energy storage battery industry preferred.
Good English reading and writing skills, able to handle English emails and customer information independently (oral communication preferred);

Cooperate with customers to conduct annual audits (VDA6.3, IATF16949, etc.), promote internal rectification and follow up improvements.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000.00-110,000.00 plus eligibility for 15% bonus and benefits.
Our salary ranges are determined by factors such as the role, level, and geographic location.

Assist the FA team in conducting validation tests and root cause analysis, track experimental data, and provide feedback to customers on the results.
