About the role
- Events are one of the largest and most impactful marketing channels, yet historically one of the least measurable.
- From identifying the highest ROI conferences to enabling targeted meeting programs, Vendelux helps companies turn events into a predictable and scalable growth engine.
- You'll work daily with our data/AI, engineering, analytics, and GTM teams.
Responsibilities
- AI workflows - design the LLM-driven pipelines that classify, enrich, summarize, and recommend, so insights and actions are produced automatically and reliably.
- Core data platform & systems - own the infrastructure that powers Vendelux data end-to-end
- Product execution - partner closely with engineering and data science to ship, not just spec.

Nice to have
- Familiarity with model evaluation, prompt management, or AI observability tooling.
- Background in event marketing or GTM workflows.
- AI products and chat experiences that users trust and return to.
- Clear ownership of AI feature quality, with well-defined data flows behind it.
- Strong grasp of data modeling and data architecture that powers AI features.
- Experience on data-intensive or AI products, and comfortable in SQL and debugging data and system issues at a high level.
- 3+ years in product management or a closely related role.
- Proven track record shipping complex products end-to-end - ideally AI, data, or ML-driven features.
