Responsibilities

  • Define and own the web store and interactive platform product roadmaps, focused on commerce, engagement, and campaign execution.
  • Build and evolve a scalable platform for interactive marketing campaigns, enabling rapid experimentation and high-impact player experiences.
  • Deliver features that support digital commerce, promotions, personalization, and campaign activations in partnership with design & engineering.
  • Align with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and franchise stakeholders to support go-to-market initiatives.
  • Use data & analytics to optimize conversion, engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Drive innovation in how players interact with Call of Duty through web-based experiences tied to live operations and marketing beats.
  • Strong collaboration skills across marketing, engineering, and design.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in digital product management.
  • Proven track record of delivering commerce platforms or technology platform products at scale.
  • Experience working on platforms (not just one-off experiences), ideally supporting marketing or live ops.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce systems, experimentation frameworks, analytics tools, and modern web technologies.

Nice to have

  • Gaming/entertainment background preferred
  • passion for Call of Duty a big plus.

Compensation

  • In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $137,170.00 - $253,806.00 Annual.
