Employer immigration record

from this employer's Department of Labor filings

Files H-1B transfers

5 transfer filings in the last year, covering 5 workers. Median labor-condition decision: 7 days. An employer that already files transfers is one that can take over an existing H-1B.

Sourced from Department of Labor LCA, PERM and prevailing-wage disclosure data. Employer matching is by name, so figures may be split across an employer's legal entities. Absence of a filing means none appears in our copy of the data, not that none exists.

About the role

  • We are looking for strong software engineers with motion planning experience to help develop and deploy motion planning components for autonomous trucks.
  • Our team is small, and our focus is on building a product.
  • In this role, you will own complex technical challenges end-to-end: framing ambiguous vehicle behaviors, negotiating interfaces with upstream and downstream teams to keep the overall architecture simple, and delivering high-performance modern C++ that operates on compute-constrained platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery of motion planning features from design to integration in order to solve on-vehicle problems and deliver for customer needs - meeting product requirements and meeting the needs of the planning system, providing a safe, smooth trajectory for the system to follow.
  • Work closely with other Autonomy teams (Trajectory Generation, Trajectory Evaluation, World Fusion, Prediction, Perception, Localization, Mapping,...) to design and deploy robust solutions, encompassing all aspects of autonomous driving.
  • Be involved in design and iteration exercises, and help to align stakeholders by using strong presentation and communication skills.
  • In this role, you will work across all stages of the development lifecycle to design, implement, test, and evaluate new features and feature improvements which directly impact the self-driving system's on-road performance.

Requirements

  • Strong C++ & Python skills, particularly in resource-constrained environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
  • Experience developing code for real-world robotics/semi-autonomous platforms.
  • An eagerness to work across the decision making stack, even on components that may not perfectly align with past experience.
  • We are proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We believe that diverse teams produce the best ideas and outcomes. We are committed to building a culture of inclusion, entrepreneurship, and innovation across gender, race, age, sexual orientation, religion, disability, and identity.
