- Conduct technical discovery sessions, customer presentations, demonstrations, and solution workshops.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Territory Managers to identify, qualify, and advance sales opportunities through closure.
- Develop and document solution architectures, technical recommendations, and customer proposals.
- Deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs), demonstrations, and solution validations to showcase HPE Networking capabilities.
- Support RFP responses, technical evaluations, and complex customer engagements.
- Collaborate with channel partners, resellers, and internal teams to drive customer success and revenue growth.
- Maintain knowledge of competitive technologies, industry trends, and emerging networking solutions.
- Any reliance on fraudulent communication is at the individual's own risk, and HPE disclaims legal liability for any resulting damages.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, systems engineering, network architecture, technical consulting, or related networking roles.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- equivalent experience considered.
- Industry certifications such as Aruba, HPE, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or equivalent are preferred.
Skills
- Stay current on HPE Networking technologies, including Aruba and Juniper solutions.
- Strong background working with routing, switching, wireless, and network security technologies.
Compensation
- USD 146,000 - 343,000 in Texas
- This range reflects the minimum to maximum combined base and target-level sales compensation that would be paid if the hire performs at 100% of their sales plan.
- Of that on-target pay amount, the mix of base salary and target-level sales compensation is 75%/25%."
