Responsibilities

- The position will support influencer relationships, social planning and execution, quality assurance, and ongoing optimization across platforms.
- This role will ensure that all social and influencer efforts are aligned with brand objectives and deliver impact.
- Build social and influencer plans to support brand objectives
- Partner and execute with agency partner on social boosting and influencer support
- Execute social first content plan to build community and drive engagement
- Partner with Customer Support on tone and voice for community management responses.
- And, of course, discounts on Stanley Black & Decker tools and products and well as discount programs for many other vendors and partners.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- At least 1-3 years in influencer/creator or social media marketing in the consumer-brand industry or at an agency
- Strong knowledge of social platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube) and ecosystem dynamics
- Comfort working cross-functionally in multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities
Compensation
- This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
- The successful candidate may be eligible for annual merit increases.
