About the role
- Projects are driven by reduction to cost of poor quality, process/product improvement, operations capital investment plan, overall ROI, product development initiatives and the operations business plan.
- Highlights of your role Serve as the primary resource in the implementation and management of quality management system processes including, ISO & CE certifications and standard operating procedures.
- Observe continuous improvement testing efforts and coordinate root cause analysis of product failures.
Responsibilities
- Support engineering efforts to analyze, identify, and resolve production line problems in order to meet quality standards and specifications.
- Serve as a resource to internal departments in order to resolve issues related to incoming parts and develop corrective actions.
- Organize and schedule quality audits, develop and manage supporting documentation and communicate results.
- Support Research and Development efforts to correct any issues with current products.
- Lead cross-functional teams.
- Develop strategies to reduce instances of field service calls.
