Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of New Business projects from initial inquiry through design, construction handoff, and post-installation support.
  • Define project scope and develop designs, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies to drive successful outcomes.
  • Partner with Field Construction to plan, schedule, and execute projects, monitoring performance against timelines and financial targets.
  • Manage financial and operational performance, including cost estimating, invoicing, capital tracking, variance analysis, and input into forecasting and capital planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed analysis and manage multiple projects to defined timelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders.
  • The core responsibility associated with this position is to provide end-to-end coordination and execution of all new business/customer connections main projects, from initial inquiry through to post-installation support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or related construction, project management or operational training and/or experience.
  • 2-4 years of related experience.
  • For candidates who do not possess a university degree, an additional 3-years experience of related experience is required (total of 5+ years).
  • Knowledge of pipeline construction, customer attachment processes, project management, and pricing models is considered an asset.
  • A valid "G" class Ontario driver's license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required which will be validated before hire.
  • Occasional travel outside the region may be required.
  • Final candidates for this position may be required to undergo a security screening, including a criminal records check.

Compensation

  • Ranges from $70,000 - $100,000 CAD for Canadian locations (except Alberta) based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.
  • Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
