About the role
- This position is responsible for oversight and management of 3rd party vendors.
- Reporting directly to the Director of Vendor Management, this position will oversee day to day operations for 3rd party vendors.
- Provides clear direction to 3rd party vendors to strategically achieve targets.
Responsibilities
- The Servicing Manager - Vendor Support works directly with 3rd party vendors.
- They will manage reporting, performance management, and communicate with vendors on a daily basis.
- Interpret, communicate, and implement company policies and procedures which promote appropriate controls and governance, confidentiality of customer and company information, and compliance with all state and federal laws.
- Establishes and develops a relationship and rapport with 3rd party vendors to assess their current performance levels as compared to contract requirements/service level agreement (SLA).
- Maintains a process of continuous review, feedback, and action in order to spot areas of opportunity.
- By building strong relationships with our customers and network of dealer partners we are able to give options that make sense, getting customers behind the wheel of their car.
Requirements
- Defines desired targets or goals and partners with vendors to identify actions required to bring performance into target range.
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of state and federal collection laws, as well as bankruptcy laws required.
- Defines desired targets or goals and partners with vendors to identify actions required to bring performance into target range. Builds an integrated implementation plan to achieve overarching strategic goals.
Nice to have
- Six (6) plus years of experience, with one (1) plus years of management experience.

Compensation
- The pay range for this role is $58,900.00 - $80,900.00 annually.
