Responsibilities
- Leads complex, cross-functional program portfolios with full accountability for strategic planning, drive execution velocity, risk mitigation, and delivery across multiple teams globally.
- Fosters a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and growth. Accountable to own the status of key projects, proactively identifying risks and proposing solutions to ensure timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration, empathy, and respect to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, operations, finance or related field and 15+ years' experience in program management or equivalent experience.
- Proven success leading large, complex, cross-functional programs with high visibility and business impact.
- Analytical expertise with comfort in making decisions based on data-driven insights.
- Experience managing across delivery and product functions with a track record of influencing without authority.
- Effective executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize complex ideas for leadership audiences.
- Proven track record of successfully operating as both a strategist and executor in various areas of business.
Compensation
- The salary range for this position is $145,000 - $165,000 per year.
