About the role

This position reports into the Senior Director of Software Engineering, UXP and is a 2 day per week hybrid role based in our Austin, TX office.
This position requires access to technology, software, and data that is controlled or restricted under U.S. law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.

Lead and grow the engineering managers and technical leads across multiple platform and product-experience teams.
Set technical strategy for the frontend platform, design system, and shared component libraries that power Procore's web applications.
Drive adoption of shared standards and components across many engineering teams, balancing delivery speed with long-term quality.
Partner across engineering, product, and design to lead complex, cross-team initiatives.
Deep expertise in modern frontend development at scale (TypeScript, React), including platform, design-system, or shared-infrastructure work.
A proven ability to influence and align engineering teams you don't directly manage.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

experience managing other managers is preferred.
8+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years managing engineering teams

This role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
