About the role
- This individual conducts quality checks, mentors peers, and resolves escalated issues to help the team meet service commitments.
- Prepares operational reports on productivity and accuracy for team leadership.
- Provides subject-matter guidance across processes, queues, and client-specific procedures.
Responsibilities
- Performs regular quality audits on team output, tracks findings and recommends corrective actions.
- Support small projects and pilots.
