Required: High School diploma.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be physically capable to accomplish the tasks assigned to the program, including the following:
Must be willing to help with shop cleaning and general shop duties when necessary
Must be willing to travel up to 5%, typically single day trips to the Hyundai Proving Grounds
Must be able to be trained to operate a forklift for occasional use.

High School diploma.
Preferred but not required degree in engineering in a relevant discipline (e.g. electrical, mechanical, or automotive sub-specialty)
Previous automotive OEM experience in a similar capacity is preferred.
Must be familiar with the mechanical and electrical systems in vehicles.
Must have excellent technical report writing ability.
Must be well versed in Microsoft Office Suite, and standard photo editing software (i.e. Photoshop) to support reports.
Candidate must be able to operate standard and proprietary automotive test equipment (e.g. DVOM, SPL Meter, RTA, etc.) and obtain meaningful test data to support product development and QA efforts.
Must have a valid California driver's license and good driving record
