About the role
- We are advancing our Python-based rating infrastructure.
- This will allow Chubb to deploy, test, and evolve pricing logic at pace and with precision.
Responsibilities
- The AVP, Rating Platform Software Engineer, will lead the technical build-out of this infrastructure.
- This leader will design and develop internal pricing services, set architectural direction for our Python rating ecosystem, align fragmented patterns across lines of business and partner closely with actuarial, product, and implementation teams to translate filed rating plans into production-grade code.
Compensation
- This is a hands-on technical leadership role spanning BOP today, with expansion planned across Commercial Property, General Liability, Workers Compensation, and Commercial Auto.
