ACM is seeking an experienced Machine Maintenance Technician to join its team.
This position requires overlooking all in-house automation and robotics with some machine setup and changeover.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls.
All ACM associates must be aware of these dangers.

Maintaining the conformance of the Lock-Out / Tag-Out program during routine maintenance of machines and during special uncommon repairs
Dropping new electrical wiring for machinery
Understanding the workflow of in-house automation and robotics and must be able to troubleshoot and initiate improvement projects
Starting up automation projects in-house
Stopping production when product quality does not meet the requirements, equipment operation is not safe or not functioning properly
Performing other duties as assigned by the Engineer
Electrical and PLC certification is a plus
Must have experience with electrical repairs and wiring (3 Phase 480 VAC, 120 VAC)
