Responsibilities
- You translate user needs and operational workflows into intuitive and effective solutions, combining strong user experience thinking with high-quality and consistent interface design.
- You drive design excellence across digital transformation initiatives.
- With your strong design mindset, you play a key role in embedding human-centered and design-driven thinking throughout the organization

Nice to have
- You hold a degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field, or comparable professional experience
- You bring several years of experience in designing digital products, ideally within complex technical or industrial environments
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure) is expected
