About the role

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and business-savvy Account Manager to join our growth team.
  • In this role, you will sit at the intersection of client relationships and ecosystem partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business to identify opportunities where 10Pearls can deliver value.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key technology partners (e.g., AWS, Salesforce, Microsoft) to drive co-selling motions and joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technical delivery teams to translate complex project successes into compelling case studies and new business proposals.

  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of how technology services are scoped, sold, and delivered.
  • Ability to have high-level conversations about digital transformation, product development, and cloud adoption.
  • You are a natural "people person" who enjoys nurturing professional networks.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
