Responsibilities
- Provide executive‑level support to senior leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of materials and presentations.
- Manage Salesforce entries and reporting, including contacts, activities, opportunities, and basic support for colleagues in the Nashville office.
- Support office operations such as mail and check processing, food service oversight, and maintaining organized action‑item lists with regular status updates.
- Track key projects and deliverables, follow up with stakeholders, and support special initiatives, proposals, and process improvements.
- Build strong working relationships across teams and proactively identify opportunities to support colleagues and enhance team efficiency.
- Brown Advisory is seeking a professional, energetic, and self‑motivated Executive Assistant to provide high‑level administrative support to senior leaders within our Private Client business.
- Has a positive, service‑oriented attitude and takes pride in providing impeccable support to colleagues and clients.
- Is adaptable and ambitious, eager to take on new assignments and support the broader team as needs evolve.
Requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn firm‑specific systems, including Salesforce.
- Ability to work independently, follow tasks through to completion, and seek guidance when needed.
- Ability to work full‑time in the Nashville office.
- Minimum of 3+ years of administrative support experience
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive, adaptable, and resourceful mindset with a desire to continuously improve processes.
- Professional maturity, discretion, and sound judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
