About the role

  • eCommerce Analyst (12-Month Contract, Hybrid )
  • The eCommerce Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Church and Dwight PurePlay accounts (e.g. Amazon.ca, Chewy.ca, Well.ca) by resolving operational challenges and ensuring seamless execution of online sales strategies.
  • Reporting into the eComm National Business Manager, this role focuses on driving efficiencies primarily within Amazon sales operations and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance eCommerce execution.

Responsibilities

  • Support with Amazon chargeback claims related to pricing, operations, prep, Born to Run, and post audits. Proactively dispute invalid charges and escalate tickets to recover costs.
  • Partner with Warehouse and Customer Logistics teams to ensure customer compliance, including adherence to backhaul (WePay) requirements, pickup scheduling, and shipping standards to optimize inbound performance and minimize chargebacks.
  • Support with item suppressions and Andon Cord issues by addressing with Amazon support team and SVS to reinstate ASINs and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with eComm team to oversee brand protection efforts, including liaising with U.S. Brand Protection teams and removing counterfeit products to mitigate risks and ensure brand integrity on Amazon.
  • Maintain regular sales and media reporting including weekly data downloads, SnS, promo post-mortem analysis.
  • Develop and maintain eCommerce market share and competitor tracking report, along with conducting ad hoc deep dives to provide analytics around risks/opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience working with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central and managing chargeback disputes
  • Strong Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools to analyze sales trends and track KPIs.
  • Experience with synthesizing large sets of data into clear and actionable insights
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work full-time in Canada and be based in Ontario.
  • Highly proactive with proven ability to identify gaps, follow through with stakeholders and drive timely resolution
  • Ability to problem solve operational issues and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • 1-2 years experience in eCommerce account management, Agency or CPG preferred

Compensation

  • The Ontario compensation range for this role is $61,100–$86,500.
