About the role
- General Role Description Provide specialized, solar inverter engineering expertise to support clients and field engineers Role Accountabilities · Advise clients and Company engineers to resolve issues, as the factory expert for the Company's solar inverters · Analyze client equipment failures using diagnostics tools · Provide technical support to clients
- and other engineers, when not in the field · Perform commissioning, installations, quality inspections, and performance testing of photovoltaic inverter systems to meet design performance criteria · Troubleshoot, isolate issue, repair and/or replace defective components · Report to the factory any errors of deficiencies in hardware, software or system
