Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NPI activities from project kick-off through mass production.
- Coordinate product transfers, pilot builds, engineering validation builds, FAI, ORR, and production ramp-up activities.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, trackers, and readiness plans.
- Monitor project status and drive closure of open action items.
- Drive accountability and ownership for project deliverables.
- Ensure BOM, routing, work instructions, tooling, fixtures, test stations, and production documentation are ready before builds.
- Verify material readiness and availability for pilot and production builds.
- Support capacity planning and production ramp strategies.
- Customer & Program Support
- Support customer audits, readiness reviews, and milestone meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting networking, server, telecommunications, or electronics manufacturing products.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
- Experience working with global manufacturing sites and cross-regional teams.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Skills
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production operations.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.
- Ability to analyze production, quality, and supply chain data.
