About the role

  • This is a hands-on role responsible for assembling precision hardware, operating automated equipment, and maintaining consistent, high-quality output.

Responsibilities

  • Perform visual inspection and basic functional checks.
  • Support equipment changeovers and basic troubleshooting.
  • Help maintain organized, clean, and controlled production areas.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or technical environments.
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • Comfortable using hand tools, fixtures, and production equipment.
  • Detail-oriented and process disciplined.
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving hardware environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in electronics assembly, SMT, or packaging environments.
  • Experience in semiconductor, photonic, or precision manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom or controlled environments.
  • Technical certification or vocational training.
  • Experience working with small parts or precision assemblies preferred.

Compensation

  • Production Technician: $26.00 - $38.00/per hour
  • Title and base salary are determined on a case by case basis commensurate with experience and merit.
  • In addition to base salary, compensation for this role includes:
  • Paid parental leave and flexible PTO (3 weeks accrued vacation and 10 company holidays per year).
