About the role
- We are looking for a talented Maintenance Technician to join our team!
- This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the property remains in excellent condition and provides a safe, comfortable living environment for residents.
- This position involves performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing emergency repairs, and adhering to company standards and policies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and maintain safety/cleanliness standards in accordance with applicable local, state and federal laws and company standards.
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
- Maintain and repair appliances, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
- Perform general carpentry tasks, including cabinets, flooring, finish carpentry, door/lock repair, etc.
- Maintain on-call availability to respond to urgent maintenance needs as they arise Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
- Reliable transportation is required.
