About the role
- The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely replenishment of materials and supplies.
- Works with facilities to manager inventory
- Regularly inspects inventory levels to prevent shortages and excesses

- This role supports operational efficiency by performing inventory audits, analyzing inventory data, and collaborating with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability.
- Implements effective inventory control methods and procedures to enhance efficiency
- Regularly performs shipping and receiving tasks using the ERP system.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required;
- Experience with inventory management systems, ERP systems, or warehouse management software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to analyze data and identify inventory trends or discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25-50 pounds as required.
- Ability to work in a warehouse, stockroom, or operational environment as needed.
