About the role

- This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, as well as a broad range of skills in corrective, preventative, and routine repair/maintenance procedures.
Responsibilities
- Maintain/Diagnose/Repair a variety of climate control chillers, boilers, and commercial refrigeration systems
- Ability to lead a team through commercial HVAC installations of varying sizes and complexity
- Develop and maintain client relationships
Requirements
- Are you an experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Technician with expertise in chillers, boilers, and hydronic systems?
- The successful candidate will also possess experience with commercial equipment installation, which may include HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing tasks.
- 7+ years of HVAC experience
- 3+ years of chiller experience.
- 3+ years of boiler experience.
- Participate in client meetings when required
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a keen eye for detail
- Highly organized and able to self-manage and perform essential tasks to the highest standard
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Nice to have
- Pipe welding experience preferred but not required
