Responsibilities
- Manages factory employees to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods to satisfy customer requirements.
- Manage safe operation of all assembly tasks.
- Lead production work teams to effectively monitor, track, and drive corrective action to continuously improve the quality of the products we produce.
- Maintain a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process improvement opportunities and working with the employees to utilize process improvement tools among the work teams.
- Develop weekly work schedules as well as oversee the work team as they develop and execute the daily schedules.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a people leadership role
- Demonstrated communication and leadership skills, with experience in leading groups of employees towards a common goal

Nice to have
- An associate degree is preferred
- Experience in engine assembly or related industrial assembly preferred
- a high school diploma or GED is required.
