Requirements
- Industrial or manufacturing work experience with a good work record.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Nice to have
- Starting wage $20 to $27.50 per hour plus shift premiums!
- We seeking career-minded individuals for Production work.
- We will train you in the entry level jobs in the mill which is an industrial environment.
- The work includes operation of paper and pulp manufacturing machinery and forklifts.
- Workers must have the ability to learn entry jobs and move up to other machinery operating jobs.
- Production workers are hourly union positions and must be able to work days shifts and night shifts as scheduled.

Compensation
- Have an understanding that you will work some weekends and holidays as the mill runs 24 hours per day/365 days per year.
- IEP is a smoke-free and drug-free (including cannabis free) production facility operating 24 hours per day/365 days per year.
Benefits
- Have the ability to work a flexible schedule as the entry level workers will fill in for absences and general needs of the mill (days off may vary each week initially, and will work full time hours).
