Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and consultative partner to HR Business Partners and leadership to ensure compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned to organizational strategy.
  • Support and operationalize the organization's job architecture framework, including job leveling, career paths, and compensation structures.
  • Administer step, contractual, and merit increases in partnership with HRIT and HR Business Partners; identify trends and recommend improvements to processes and guidelines
  • Incentive and variable pay program administration; support design enhancements and analysis of effectiveness of programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, social sciences, or related field.
  • Must possess strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with employees and management staff
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word skills including the development of complex spreadsheets and presentations, and experience preparing, documenting and presenting narrative reports and statistical analyses
  • Knowledge of FLSA, DOL, ADA, EEO, and other regulatory and compliance requirements related to compensation and employment.
  • Experience coordinating workstreams or key components of projects
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and provide consultative guidance on compensation-related decisions

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of computerized HRIT applications

Compensation

  • Lead and/or independently manage participation in salary and HR practices surveys
