Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers to review cost data and provide actionable insights
- Prepare monthly cost reports and support month-end closings
- Perform audits and assist with internal/external reviews
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in construction accounting or job cost accounting
- Strong knowledge of construction cost accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of construction contracts and billing methods (AIA)

- This expansion coincides with the launch of our new 260+ acre mixed-use development, which will feature approximately 2,900 luxury multi-family units, as well as over 660,000 square feet of retail, office, entertainment, hospitality space, and other related commercial uses.
