Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical engineering, Material science, or related fields).
- 3-7+ years of experience in reliability engineering, process integration, or device engineering.
- Strong understanding of reliability engineering concepts, failure mechanisms, and maintenance strategies.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, JMP, Minitab, Python, Excel, or similar).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross functional teams.
- Provide technical guidance and reliability expertise during failure root cause troubleshooting and recovery events.
Nice to have
- Experience in semiconductor processing or other high-volume, high-reliability manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with automated measurement tools, complex wafer probing systems, and data automation.
- Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and advanced reliability modeling techniques.
- Experience supporting measurement tool installation, qualification, and production ramp activities.
- Master's degree in engineering or related technical field.
- The position is open-ended and to be filled as soon as possible.
