Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical engineering, Material science, or related fields).
  • 3-7+ years of experience in reliability engineering, process integration, or device engineering.
  • Strong understanding of reliability engineering concepts, failure mechanisms, and maintenance strategies.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, JMP, Minitab, Python, Excel, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross functional teams.
  • Provide technical guidance and reliability expertise during failure root cause troubleshooting and recovery events.

Nice to have

  • Experience in semiconductor processing or other high-volume, high-reliability manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with automated measurement tools, complex wafer probing systems, and data automation.
  • Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and advanced reliability modeling techniques.
  • Experience supporting measurement tool installation, qualification, and production ramp activities.
  • Master's degree in engineering or related technical field.
