About the role
- As a Consulting Clinician for Wider Care+, you'll conduct initial telehealth assessments that serve as the clinical gateway for members newly enrolled in the pilot.

Nice to have
- You're never alone-care managers and community teammates carry longitudinal work.
- MD or DO with active, unrestricted Arizona license.
- Multiple state licenses strongly preferred.
