- Your Role on the Team As a Maintenance Technician II at Invitation Homes, you will be performing high-quality maintenance work in our single-family rental homes while providing outstanding customer service to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Invitation Homes owns and operates homes in great neighborhoods across 16 top U.S. markets.
- Our market teams - Leasing, Property Management, and Rehab, Turns & Maintenance - work together to deliver excellent resident experiences and maintain high-quality homes.
Requirements
- Perform required work while demonstrating respect for resident's home
- OSHA 10 is required (new hires will have up to 90 days to complete OSHA 10 certification if not already certified)
Compensation
- $20.19 - $35.00, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
- Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
