About the role
- This is a hands-on delivery leadership role.
- You will work across a global product-development organization where business units have different products, operating models, and levels of Agile.
- This role goes beyond advising teams or promoting Agile concepts.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on delivery support
- Partner directly with teams and programs to improve planning, execution, flow, and delivery outcomes.
- Lead or co-lead stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint or iteration planning, reviews, retrospectives, release planning, Scrum of Scrums, and PI Planning when support is needed.
- Work with product, engineering, and business partners to surface blockers, resolve cross-team dependencies, and drive needed decisions or escalation.
- Practical standards, frameworks, and tools - Create strategies, templates, working agreements, measures, and training that help teams apply Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe effectively.
- Experience building an Agile practice or COE from the ground up
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience with portfolio planning, dependency management, flow metrics, and change-management or communications partnership
