About the role
- STV is seeking a dynamic MEP Project Manager to join our Owner's Project Management team in the Boston, MA office.
- Current projects include Healthcare, Life Science and Higher Education clients in Massachusetts.
- This will include shut downs, tie-ins and quality control while having extensive interaction with multiple stakeholders throughout the project delivery cycle.
Responsibilities
- Acting on behalf of the owner, k ey responsibilities will include overseeing the design, engineering and construction of multiple infrastructure related projects on fully occupied campuses.
Requirements
- Candidate will have an Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Assisting, Supervising or mentoring team members and delivering timely feedback and recognition to others is preferred.
Skills
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills to m aintain strong client relations hips and repeat business.
- Presenting technical material in traditional and innovative ways for review by technical and non-technical audiences.
- Required Experience:
- LEED AP, CPD, or PE certifications are preferred but not required.
Compensation
- $128,067.17 - $146,362.48
- The listed pay range is STV's good-faith salary estimate for this position.
- Please note that the final salary offered for this position may be outside of this published range based on many factors, including but not limited to geography, education, experience, and/or certifications.
