About the role
- The purpose of this position is to provide effective overall factory project management and engineering activities for the factory, including special projects.
- This position ensures the maintenance of the 5-year capital plan, engineering for next year's projects and oversees the current year's engineering projects to achieve the established objectives.
- Recommends students for hire that most closely meet Company needs.
Requirements

- Applies knowledge of technical discipline, core business, or related processing experience to select methods and resources to complete assigned capital projects.
Compensation
- $129,324.58 - $161,655.73 Annual Salary
