About the role
- You will report to our USA General Manager.
- Oversee the ongoing views about competition, market, and customer trends.
- You will translate regional strategies into specific market goals across multiple functions
Responsibilities
- Drive customer learnings and hypotheses generation to iterate faster towards the right customer and business outcomes
- Drive executional excellence on initiatives and define the right strategic context/clear prioritisation for stakeholders
- Own the product roadmap for South East Asia and South Asia-specific features and experiences, working with engineering and design to define requirements, prioritise the backlog, and ship iteratively
- Partner with the central product team to ensure customer needs are represented in platform-wide decisions (e.g. onboarding flows, pricing UX, disbursement options)
- This creates a consistent, meaningful overlap that supports team norms and business needs.
Nice to have
- 8+ years of professional experience, including experience leading product teams in a technology-driven company
- Demonstrated problem solving skills (qualitative and quantitative).
- Can generate high quality hypotheses and dive into an ambiguous problem statement
- Ability to balance compassionate partnership and the ability to be constructively direct.
- Bias for action and Dive Deep. ability to be scrappy and "get things done" while able to going into the required level of detail
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree

Compensation
- The starting base salary range for this position is typically $176,000-$220,000.
